COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Endress Hauser PMC131-A11F1A1G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Etamic-Movomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Erg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Exor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Etamic-Movomatic such as the ECRAN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8M12578 manufactured by Erg and we are pleased to be able to service most Erg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M10VAA by Manufacturer Exor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Exide Brand 101072451H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Esr such as 6105 equipment made by Esr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Esr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Esr" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ETW28 made by Envirotec as well as the popular N10762 original spares produced by Erg-Power Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMC131A42F1A1S by Endress-Hauser and 6105 spares by Esr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 922EM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Esbe. |
